CENTERSHIFT is based in Los Angeles, California—a city known for its unique musical culture—and its sound reflects this heritage perfectly: it has elements of classic American rock mixed with modern sensibilities from all over the world.
The band’s new single, “Falling Into,” is an anthem for the modern age. The track is rooted in the 90s rock that made bands like Smashing Pumpkins and Red Hot Chili Peppers famous, but it has a modern edge that makes it feel like a song you’ll still be listening to in 20 years. The guitars are heavy and melodic at the same time, which creates an interesting juxtaposition that makes this band stand out from many others in their genre. The drums are also very dynamic without being overly technical or flashy; they just provide a solid rhythm for all of the other instruments to build off of.
My favourite song from the EP is ”My Release”. It’s a fast-paced song and the vocals fit so well with the instrumental. Everything works together and sounds great, it’s a very well-produced track and it’s got great potential!

Between Daze is a pop-rock band that hails from Baltimore, Maryland. They’re known for their 90s-inspired alt-rock sound and their catchy songs—and in my opinion, they’re also one of the most underrated bands in the industry.
It’s a straight-up rock’n’roll song with driving guitars and a solid rhythm section to lead the way. Perfect World is a solid example of classic rock music. A melodic and catchy chorus accompanies lyrical content that tells of individualism and selfishness in a story.

I have to admit, when I first heard Movment’s new single “Violence,” I wasn’t sure what to think. The song is a pretty straightforward post-punk anthem with a catchy hook and some seriously inspiring lyrics. But then, I started listening to it over and over again—and I realized that this song is so much more than just another anthem.
This song is a reflection of anger, rage, and the turmoil in our heads that occurs when we are under great pressure. Ask yourself what has brought us to this point in time.
We tend to hold back our potential. We pause for a moment. We hesitate. The best thing to do is to move forward. Keep driving onwards. Do not be afraid to take risks. Don’t let the turmoil get the best of you. Face it head-on.
