1) LUKE FREES – Strings
If you’re looking for a new artist to add to your Spotify playlists and want to try something new, Luke Frees might be what you’re looking for.
Something is uplifting about taking back control of your own life when you are able to stand up for yourself in a toxic relationship, and Strings explores exactly that great feeling.
”Since November, I’ve been releasing a single-a-month, and although this is coming a few months into the project, this was the first song I wrote for it. It was the first thing I’d written in a long time. It broke me out of writer’s block, and I think because of that, it has a transparent kind of honesty to it.” – Says Luke
It’s got a lot of power—the vocals are strong and clear, and the instrumentals are well-balanced between guitars, bass and drums. The track also has a great tempo that keeps things moving along nicely throughout the whole song.

2) ERIK & THE WORLDLY SAVAGES – FUTURE THUNDER VOID
Erik & the Worldly Savages, the legendary folk-punk revolutionaries who are currently gearing up to release their new EP “FUTURE THUNDER VOID” on March 7th, have been on a solemn quest to uplift the masses.
In addition to their live performances in Thailand, the band will continue its forward momentum by supporting this release with an extensive European tour in April alongside Balkan Folk Punk pioneers Kultur Shock in an effort to maintain its forward momentum.
The EP features five tracks of catchy folk rock and alt-pop that will have you dancing like no one’s watching in no time. The vocals are smooth as silk, but they’re also super edgy—just what you want from folk rock.
The ”Thunder in our hearts” track is one of my favourites on the EP because it shows off Erik’s ability to write songs with complex rhythms that still manage to keep the listener hooked throughout its entirety.
highly recommend checking out this band! You can visit their website. You can also follow them on Spotify, it is worth it!
3) FIVESIDEDDICE – Letters To The Devil
FIVESIDEDDICE is an independent rock band from Port Elizabeth, South Africa. They have released their EP Letters To The Devil, which is a collection of six songs that are both emotional and powerful.
An EP with this level of clarity and crispness is not overproduced or polished to the point where it becomes dull. Having instrumental breakdowns to break up the songs at the appropriate time adds a great deal of variety to the songs without feeling forced or extraneous.
The release by Fivesideddice is a colourful one that promises to please anyone who likes alternative music in any form. Don’t be afraid to give it a try!
Each track on the album has its unique feel and sound but still retains the same overall vibe throughout the entire project. It’s easy to get lost in the music because of how smooth it is!

4) FURY OF A DYING PLANET – Bloodied Fjords
FURY OF A DYING PLANET is a band from the United Kingdom, London. They have released their first single “Bloodied Fjords”, which is an alternative rock song with melodic metal elements.
In this era when climate change is accelerating and animals are being extinct before our eyes, all due to greed and selfishness on the part of greedy humans, there is an urgent need to take action.
In Fury of a Dying Planet, there is a call to arms to raise awareness of those in need, and an anthem to show support and cheer for the people who work so hard to protect the planet and its animals.
The song has a catchy tune that will stay in your head for days. It also features some post-metal elements as well as prog-rock and hard-rock influences. The vocals are performed by a male vocalist and they sound very nice, making the track even more enjoyable to listen to.
