1) BANANA CONTINUITY – Anhedonia

A new song by Banana Continuity, featuring the self-aware fruit that’s under the control of a human named Ryan, is called Anhedonia.

Basically, the song is about the fear of music, which BC is sure all musicians, whether they are human or not, have at one time or another in their lives.

During listening to this track, you will be struck by the soundgarden-esque riff that is accompanied by the stiff electronic drums and the melodic, robotic vocals that make it hypnotic.

Their single “Anhedonia” is a great example of their style—it combines big, anthem-like vocals with beats that could easily fit into any pop chart. It’s the perfect song for listening late at night when you just need something to make everything else seem less overwhelming.

If you’re interested in checking out more of his stuff, visit his Spotify! I promise you, you won’t regret it.

2) ROMAIN SWAN – Call Me The Devil Feat Samer Elnahhal (Ex Lordi)

In order to launch his second album, Romain Swan is going to release the opening song of the album as a single on March 24th. He has teamed up with one of the idols of his life, Samer Elnahhal (ex Lordi – Eurovision 2006 Winners – Finland) for the release of this song.

”I was a huge fan of this band and this guy had always been my favourite musician and character within this heavy metal monster band…”

His music is influenced by the 80’s rock genre and it is easy to see why when you listen to his tracks. There are hints of glam rock in his music as well as some pop elements that make it a great listen if you’re looking for something upbeat but not too heavy on the bass lines.

Romain Swan has been described as having a unique sound that mixes elements of glam rock and hard rock together with pop influences such as AOR music and 80’s rock. His songs have been compared to those of artists like Queen, Aerosmith and Kiss but with a more modern twist added to them.

If you’re interested in checking out more of Romain’s music, visit his website, or follow him on Spotify. I’ve included links so that can get started right away!

3) BAD ASS BEAUTY – 4 Horsemen

If you’re looking for an alternative rock artist that will get you groovin’ and movin’, look no further than BAD ASS BEAUTY.

A lot of music is about getting your groove on and having a good time. But there’s something about 4 Horsemen that makes you want to grind your teeth, throw your fist in the air, and scream at the top of your lungs.

”This is a song introducing these 4 different personalities to the world. Writing and recording this song was a completely cathartic experience as it was the 1st time I was actually able to admit it out loud and acknowledge this was how I choose to handle trauma, and stop pretending I’m ok with everything totally under control. It’s been a deeply spiritual and transformative experience.” – Says the artist.

The song has an anthem-like quality to it—it’s catchy but still manages to convey a sense of melancholy at times. This aspect makes it very easy for listeners to connect with it on an emotional level; it’s impossible not to feel something listening to this song!

If you love classic rock sounds with a modern twist, look no further than BAD ASS BEAUTY. Check out 4 Horsemen today! On Spotify and visit her website also!

4) RIDING WITH KILLERS – Hostility

Riding with Killers is a band that truly knows how to rock. Their single, “Hostility,” is the perfect example of what this band does best: make catchy and edgy songs that will have you singing along in no time.

Riding With Killers, a Detroit rock/alt-rock band has released their new single “Hostility” and we are excited to present it to you. Among the members of the group you can find members of Taproot, Wild Fire, etc, and the single was released on the 21st of March on Apple Music and Spotify.

The song is a perfect blend of alternative rock and industrial metal. It has some seriously catchy guitar riffs and vocals that will get stuck in your head for days.

They’ve got an industrial sound that’s really unique in the music world today. The lyrics are super edgy and catchy, making for a jam that will have you singing along after just one listen.

If you like hard rock or metal music with strong guitar riffs, then this band will be right up your alley! Follow them on Spotify, and visit their website also!

5) THE VENUS FIGURINES – Holiday

If you’re looking for something new to listen to, give The Venus Figurines a try. Their latest single “Holiday” is super catchy, with a great mix of rock and alternative rock sounds. You’ll be humming it all day.

The song “Holiday” comes from the upcoming album, Modern Paradigm, which is due to be released in the middle of 2023.

I would like to take the opportunity to point out that the single was the first track recorded for the record, and it acts as an exhilarating foundation for the rest of the album.

It’s an anthemic track with super catchy lyrics that you’ll find yourself singing along to after just one listen. The song has a very ’90s grunge vibe that makes you feel like you’re listening to something right out of Woodstock or Glastonbury festival.

As one of Hobart’s most vibrant and powerful live rock bands, The Venus Figurines have been making a name for themselves in the local scene since they formed in 2015, and have been putting on a great show ever since.

If your looking for new music, be sure to follow The Venus Figurines on Spotify, and visit their website.
