The Third of Three Blueprints, and the One Outside Listeners Found First

Hellkern Warriors put out three singles in 107 days. The reviews only came for the third. Endless Road, out since 28 December 2025, pulled a run of independent write-ups through February 2026. It is also the first track in the catalogue where a person, rather than a system, does the talking. That gap between release and reception is the interesting part.

Hellkern Warriors’ tracks sit in the playlist below, and the band’s coverage history is on the Hellkern Warriors profile. Endless Road reached this desk through PopHits.Co Music Charts, which verifies independent artists and places their releases across its network of music news titles. Press play, then read on.

Three Singles In 107 Days, Written As One Set Of Blueprints

The run started on 12 September 2025 with the self-titled Helkern Warriors. The spelling is deliberate. The band take their name from the Helkern computer worm, and the debut is a call and response about it. One voice reports that the replication has begun. Another answers that they are fighting the invisible war. Kamil Bobin reviewed it for The Musical Road on 4 December 2025. He tied the name straight to the aesthetic: a project that is invisible, invasive and hard to stop.

Petrol & Water followed 50 days later, on 1 November 2025. It swaps the server room for a drained horizon. Black towers stand in the acid rain, beside steel machines, desert bones and silent drones. The chorus does not resolve. It asks which one will reign. Neither of the first two singles has a narrator. A worm replicates, an ecosystem fails, and nobody is standing in the frame.

The Third Blueprint Was Written Before The First One Shipped

Endless Road arrived 57 days after that. Edgar Allan Poets had already mapped the debut between the low-end restraint of Rammstein, the raw electronics of early The Prodigy and the gloom of Type O Negative. That is a fair reading of where the catalogue sat going into the third release. What almost no coverage noted is that all three titles existed before any of them shipped. The Musical Road reported that the first demos already carried the names Helkern Warriors, Petrol & Water and Endless Road. The order was a decision, not a schedule.

Endless Road Is The First Track Where Someone Is Actually Driving

The switch happens in the opening line. “The sky is bleeding, black and red / I walk where angels fear to tread” puts a first person into a catalogue that had not used one. The song holds that position to the end. The images shrink accordingly. Gas station coffee and bloodshot eyes are the smallest, most physical details the band had written to that point. They land harder than the drones and the desert bones, because there is finally somebody to attach them to.

Outside listeners picked up on that. Lost In The Manor ran the track in its rock picks on 8 February 2026. It quoted four lines straight back, from “Crank the volume, kill the doubt” to “Chasing lightning in my veins”, reading them as a feeling of release. Two days later, Indie Dock Music Blog went at the arrangement instead. It noted that the percussion marks distance rather than time, each beat another kilometre.

Both reviews describe the same record from opposite sides: a track built to move forward, with a driver in it. Darkwave and post-punk sit on a 1990s rock chassis. The gothic weight comes from the imagery rather than the production. That is also why Endless Road travels further than the two singles before it. A cyber warfare anthem and an ecological elegy both need a listener to buy the premise first. A road song does not.

The Engine Scream That Runs Through All Four Hellkern Warriors Singles

Follow the word “engine” across the catalogue and the through-line shows up on its own. Petrol & Water has engines that scream but still remain, machines refusing to stop in a world that already has. Endless Road turns the same image into a choice. “Let the engine scream it out” is something the driver does on purpose. On Rain, Steam & Speed, released 18 April 2026, the engine’s scream arrives as night turns grey. That is the sound running out on its own terms. One image, three consecutive singles, three different jobs.

The rain does similar work. It falls as acid in Petrol & Water and returns as ash a verse later. It comes back as heavy rain on dead-end streets in the fourth single, a track that shares its title with Turner’s 1844 railway painting. The first person introduced on Endless Road is still there, still walking a line.

The release pattern shifted after the third single. Three tracks landed in 107 days, then 111 days of quiet followed before Rain, Steam & Speed. Two days before it came Pulse In The Void Vol.1, a various artists compilation issued through the band’s own Bandcamp that opens with their debut. That fourth single went on to top the public vote in the Alternative category of the HOFA Song Contest 2026 in August. A second volume of the compilation is in preparation. “The Pulse of the Void” is the phrase the band use for the whole project. By 2026 it had become a container for other acts as well as their own.

Where To Hear Endless Road And The Hellkern Warriors Catalogue

Eight months on, Endless Road is doing the job a catalogue single is supposed to do. It holds a position and collects coverage at its own pace. It also gives a new listener the easiest way into a project whose first two singles ask more of them. If you keep Type O Negative and mid-period Rammstein in rotation, this is the entry point. The useful move from here is to play the four singles in order of release.

The RockCharts.News curator team: “Most bands lead with the road song, because it is the one that sells itself. Hellkern Warriors held it back to third. They spent two singles building the world it drives through, which is why Endless Road still works eight months later.”

The catalogue is on Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer, Bandcamp and SoundCloud. The band post from their YouTube channel, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. They keep the full release list on their official site.
